Reservation Notices

Please read the reservation notices thoroughly before booking rooms.

Notices of Lodging

1.Breakfast time: 7am to 9am
2.Anyone who lost the room key/card will be fined 200NT.
3.Anyone who lost the scooter key will be fined 300NT.★ 請勿把浴巾帶出民宿,如遺失收取工本費150元/件。
4.Please remain the temperature of AC no higher than 23 degree Celsius.
5.Please do not smoke and play mahjong inside the room. Please reach the balcony for ashtray.
6.Please remain low volume after 10pm.
7.Please do not damage or stain any property inside the room. Any cases of breaking items will lead to fine according to the original prices.
8. Luggage for the clients of early check-in or post chech-out can be stored at the information counter.
9.Please keep all your personal properties with you. We’re not in charge of taking care of your belongings.
10.Any accommodation-only or package tour doesn’t come with tourism insurance. Please purchase the insurance by yourself if necessary.
11.This is a pet-free resort. We reserve the right for not serving you if you lodge with pet, and the deposit will not be refundable.  
12.Eating or drinking on the bed is not allowed. Staining or breaking the furniture and amenities will result in fine according to the original price. (Mattress, mattress cover, pillow, and blanket)
13. Gas is included in the circling-island package but scooter is limited to be used only by 2 people for 24 hours. The rental for single-rider scooter will be 200NT for 24 hours. Any single extra hour will be charged 50NT/hr.
14. Time to visit the inter-tidal zone is subject to change. A guide will be leading the tour. A flashlight is required when at night but should be prepared by client. The inter-tidal zone tour will be cancelled when the weather and wave don’t cooperate.
15. Nighttime ecology tour is subject to be cancelled due to the weather conditions. (Not applicable everyday)
16. We reserve the right of room assignment. Please report your room type request to our staff upon reservation.
17. All beds of our resort are all in king size. Every bed is equipped with a blanket. Any request of extra blanket should be reported to the resort in advance.
18.You are advised to bring the following items to XiaoLiuChiu by yourself. (Personal hygiene items, slippers, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, short pants, bottle, bathing suit, mosquito repellent, light coat and seasick pills)
19.BBQ is not AYCE. A set is only for a person. 100NT will be charged if you bring your own food to BBQ.
20.Time table for the tidal area.

Check-in: after 3pm

〈Late check-out for over an hour will be charged 600NT, for another six hours will be charged an entire lodging fee for one day.〉

Notice for Ship Ticket Claim

1. Please reach the B&B ticket window at “Dong-Liu Line Sea Transportation” and report the names of reservation. Meanwhile, please report to the staff that you’re the client for “Oceanic Pearl Resort”(Hai-Ming-Zhu). No payment is required upon claiming the tickets at the window.

2. When boarding the ship, please call to 08-8612717 or 0928-595111 | 08-8612717 (LINEID:088612717) | FAX:08-8612827 | 08-8612717 (LINEID:088612717) | FAX:08-8612827 as the ship departs. We will assign our staff to pick you up at the harbor of destination.

Deposit Refund Standard for Cancellation

1.After your reservation is issued, please transfer your deposit (half of your transaction total) to our resort’s designated bank account. Late deposit transfer will lead to the failure of reservation.

2.Cancellation for One Room:
Notify the resort 15 days before check-in—get full deposit refund with 100NT mandatory fee deducted.
Notify the resort 10~15 days before check-in—get 2/3 deposit refund.
Notify the resort 7~10 days before check-in—get 1/2 deposit refund.
Notify the resort 7 days to check-in date—no deposit refund is applicable. (Deposit is fully confiscated)

3.Cancellation for 3~6 Rooms:
Notify the resort 20 days before check-in—get full deposit refund with 100NT mandatory fee deducted.
Notify the resort 15~20 days before check-in—get 2/3 deposit refund.
Notify the resort 7~15 days before check-in—get 1/2 deposit refund.
Notify the resort 7 days to check-in date—no deposit refund is applicable. (Deposit is fully confiscated)

4.Cancellation for more than 7 Rooms:
Notify the resort 30 days before check-in—get full deposit refund with 100NT mandatory fee deducted.
Notify the resort 20~30 days before check-in—get 2/3 deposit refund.
Notify the resort 10~20 days before check-in—get 1/2 deposit refund.
Notify the resort 10 days to check-in date—no deposit refund is applicable. (Deposit is fully confiscated)

5.Reservation cannot be postponed or cancelled in case of rainy days. We are unable to foreshadow when it will rain.

To avoid any possible arguments between both two ends, please read the reservation notices carefully.

Reservation Cancellation Procedure

1. Please fill out the information for deposit refund via your cellphone message.
2. We will notify you for further deposit refund information via phone call or phone message in one week.

【Cancellation due to Personal Issues】
Please notify the resort at least 15 days before check-in. No rain check for reservation is allowed if you notify the resort less than 14 days before check-in.
If your reservation is more than 3 rooms, please notify the resort at least 20 days before check-in. No rain check for reservation is allowed if you notify the resort less than 19 days before check-in.
If your reservation is more than 7 rooms, please notify the resort at least 30 days before check-in. No rain check for reservation is allowed if you notify the resort less than 29 days before check-in. 
Your deposit can be remained for another reservation in 6 months, but it can only be postponed for one time. 
(If the postponed reservation is determined, we do not accept the application for deposit refund. If you cancel the reservation, the deposit will be fully confiscated.)

【Cancellation due to Weather and Natural Disaster】
1. In case of typhoon, suspension of sea transportation, or any other inevitable weather condition, the deposit will be fully refunded. (Based on the fact that Pingtung County calls off all school and work)
2. You can also choose to remain your deposit and postpone your reservation. However, your reservation can be postponed only for one time.
